This is a new section. Two documents are in preparation:

An analysis of the judgement criteria developed by SSIW and Audit Commission Wales for use in Joint Reviews of Social Services including  what this means for practice and guidance on assessing strengths and areas for development.

An analysis of performance indicators key judgements and evidence which Ofsted and their partners will be using in the Joint Area Reviews of Children’s Services. The indicators will be divided according to outcomes age range and specialist areas. In addition, guidance on assessing current performance and preparing for Joint Area Reviews will be produced for June 2006.
